The below return policy will be associated with Tor and Arq purchases only

30 Days to Return Your Products
We stand behind everything we design and sell. If you have changed your mind, need another size, or if the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it HERE for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase — with a few exceptions as detailed below:


All items that you choose to return or exchange must:

• Have been purchased on torcycling.com less than 30 days ago
• Be unused and in new condition, with all tags attached
• Be in the original packaging 

Exceptions to return policy: 

• Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned
• Gift cards are not permitted for return
• Arq Bikes (see below for details)

Free Returns
All non-clearance products qualify for free returns, except some large items like bikes, which will not qualify for free returns, unless otherwise stated on the product page (details below).

Items that qualify for free returns will be listed on respective product pages with a Free Returns sticker like so:
Used Product
Used product (even lightly), dirty product, or product that has been damaged due to improper handling/use will not be accepted as a return and returned to you at your cost, donated or destroyed for free.

Premium Bike and Frame Return Policy
The below Policy will apply towards all Arq Bike Build Kits.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Products expressing signs of assembly, use, and/or wear will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original sale price of the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Customers will be informed of any assessed restocking fees and will have the option of repossessing their returned bike, at the cost of shipping.

Products that arrive damaged or missing parts will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be subject to the customer to arrange a return should they wish to repossess their returned bike, at the cost of shipping.

All refunds will be issued post evaluation of the returned product by our returns department. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of delivery back to our facility for our team to complete the evaluation. 

Customers are responsible for managing and covering the cost of shipping the return.

Products Purchased From Other Retailers
Purchases from other retailers (bike shops or other resellers, etc.) can be returned to the Tor Returns Department.
