PROPRIETARY HYDROFORMED TUBING – Our Timeline hydroformed 6061-T6 tube set is not easy to build with. Compared to the simple round tube frames and the chromoly DJ frames that comprise the bulk of the dirt jump market, the Timeline’s unique tube shapes require purpose-built fixtures to hold them during the coping/cutting and fitting process. It’s an exacting process that takes 5 times longer compared to any round tube bike.Why all the tech talk? Because for a dirt jumper to be this light and strong, ours is the best material and best way to build it. Yes, it does cost more than the standard dirt jump choices out there, but as the only U.S. built hydroformed DJ/pump/4-cross frame making time fly, it’s as strong and rides as good as it looks.
